Curso de Pós-Graduação em Contencioso Contratual, Mediação e Arbitragem

Terá lugar na Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Católica Portuguesa - Escola de Lisboa (UCP), entre os dias 20 de fevereiro e 20 de julho de 2024, em formato presencial, o “Curso de Pós-Graduação em Contencioso Contratual, Mediação e Arbitragem".

A Pós-Graduação está estruturada em dois módulos, com sessões que pretendem privilegiar uma análise com forte componente prática de figuras e regimes jurídicos habitualmente convocados em cenários de contencioso.

Desconto early bird de 10% até ao dia 31 de dezembro de 2023. Posteriormente a esta data, os Associados da APA beneficiarão de um desconto de 5% (não cumulável com outros descontos existentes). Para usufruírem do desconto, os interessados deverão fazer menção à sua afiliação na APA na secção de observações do formulário de inscrição.
