The Arbitration and ADR Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) recently launched the Guide to Effective Dispute Management and the Report on Facilitating Agreements in International Arbitration.
These materials, which develop one of the commitments made by the ICC in its Declaration on Dispute Prevention and Resolution issued as part of the celebrations of the centenary of the ICC Court of Arbitration, aim to promote knowledge about the different dispute resolution techniques and how to facilitate the amicable settlement of disputes in international arbitration.
