Portugal está a ganhar reputação como grande centro de arbitragem

A Inevitável publicou recentemente uma entrevista à Mariana França Gouveia, diretora da Nova School of Law, professora catedrática e coordenadora do Mestrado Forense e Arbitragem, e advogada da equipa de Resolução de Litígios da PLMJ, que afirma que Portugal está a ganhar reputação como grande centro de arbitragem, apontando para dois fatores fundamentais: por um lado, a força da arbitragem em língua portuguesa, essencialmente, por causa do Brasil e dos países africanos de língua oficial portuguesa, e, por outro lado, a qualidade das arbitragens que se fazem em Portugal, em termos de competência e eficiência. Considera ainda que só a aposta na investigação permitirá resolver os problemas da justiça portuguesa.
